"Chris did such a good job painting the interior of my new home that I called him back again to do work on the exterior of my home. The large beams running up to the top of the house had paint chipping off leaving the wood exposed, we had wood rot in several places that needed repairing and the stairs to our deck were not installed properly by the previous owner so they needed repairs as well. Once again they did an excellent job. My windows are framed on the exterior with 1 by 6 boards where several spots had rotted wood. We also had rotted wood above and to the side of the garage. Chris came out to inspect everything and the quote provided was very detailed listing out all the materials and repairs needed. Not only did he look at the spots I was showing him but he went above and beyond by checking out the rest of the exterior to ensure there wasn't wood rot in other places, checked for missing or damaged flashing, and ensuring the exterior was properly caulked. Things a normal home owner wouldn't look for until a problem had already occurred. His quote was great compared to others we received and it only took them 3 days. We didn't have paint samples from the previous home owner but Chris was able to match the color for the house and the color for the decorative frames without any issue. His crew came out on Thursday to start repairs on all the rotted wood, and scraping the paint from the large beams leading to the top of the house. All of them were very professional and hard working especially in 90 degree heat. By Friday they had all the wood rot repaired and began painting the boards they replaced and the large beams. They even checked a gutter in my backyard to ensure it was draining properly and removed a birds nest from a gutter on the front of the house. That's providing superior customer service for a home owner. They came back out on Monday to make repairs to the deck stairs, replacing stringers and ensuring they're properly connected to the deck. They cleaned up at the end of each day and once they were done I didn't find any nails or screws or anything laying around in the yard or driveway. He also gave me advice on how to ensure these issues don't happen again in the future. All in all everything was done on time and he even reduced the final amount because one area didn't need repairing after all. I highly recommend Chris for exterior house work and will be reaching out to him in the future for any projects."

"Our house was in dire need of exterior painting. After researching Kevin Turner Painting and talking to Kevin personally, I knew he was the man for the job. Ours is a fairly large house and the job took seven days for Kevin and his three assistants. They removed all the gutters (which were to be replaced later by another company), removed all the storm windows, power washed the entire house, and scraped off all the peeling paint. Before painting, Kevin made a number of wood rot repairs, caulked where needed, repaired the front porch awning, reglazed a number of widows -- and even removed an unsightly old tv antenna from the highest part of the second story, During the painting, Kevin made a couple of suggestions which we agreed to that really improved our house's appearance, such has adding some shutters rather than trimming the doors and windows with an accent color. We were really impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Kevin and his crew. We are extremely pleased with their work. And our house has never looked so good!
