"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"I would NOT recommend this company. I signed a contract in DEC., 2023, My windows were installed in MARCH 2024, and from the start, it was one issue after another. They did NOT put in the window ordered, the crew disconnected my alarm sensor to that window, and buried it into the wall, and did not even have the decency to tell me. The next biggest issue was EVERY WINDOW that was installed, (11), has a DEFECT. It has now been over 8 months and I am still waiting for repairs. KEVIN their coordinator, just gives you lip service. MANY calls and emails go unanswered He does not have the decency to call you back. He goes on vacation and says he'll get back to you but doesn't. I've even sent an email to Mr. AARON SHOHAM, CEO, but no reply. The employees are just as bad. They take your info, and you CONSTANTLY need to follow up. We were misled when they were hired. The reviews, are most likely put up by them. A waste of time, aggravation, and money. STAY AWAY from them."

"In January of 2021 we ordered 3 replacement external doors from the Window Depot. Due to delays caused by COVID, the doors were not actually installed until the 2nd of November. During this time we had to keep calling them to get a status update as they didn't reach out to us at all. During the installation the weather stripping/molding and peep hole parts were missing and we were told that we would be contacted about getting them installed since they are required to have the doors properly inspected. It is now two months later and we have yet to have the doors finished and inspected. Once again we have had to call them for status and are given standard blow hard false promises such as, "I will get a status and get right back to you" and then we never hear from them. They sure want your money but their customer service is atrocious and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend to anyone to use this company."

"Modesto promptly responded to my Angi's request and provided a reasonable estimate. The job was performed on time, as promised. The screens were replaced, and the wife is very happy with them. Modesto cleaned up and carried away all of the waste. He and his associate were friendly, courteous, and efficient."

"terrible. very slow man.2 weeks, changed room fan,left messy, didn't install chains to change speeds. Installed vertical blind in living room. Didn't start, and abandoned doing camera installation. Made a number of excuses about needing a new phone and would call me when he got it. Texted saying it didn't come in, then abandoned job. I hired another vendor and got the job done. He is billing for completed work. I had to pay $200 to get the job he bid $90 for by Ray of Ray & Dan's Home Repair. He threatened to file a lien."

"Excellent, no problems. My car was new the first year I used the service and there has never been any damage during the transports. The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
