But Maxwell who scheduoed and priced my move called and asked me if I could change my appointment time from 9am to 1-3pm cause another job needed 4 trucks instead of 2. I agreed to help them out. Well that backfired on me! It turned into a rainy day with a storm coming. I had to travel from LI to NJ during rush hour with 2 cats. I left things behind because of these circumstances I have to go back now to get them from my neighbor. $25 Just in tolls! Today company told me I could not get any kind of compensation for my inconveniences. They had even lied about having a bigger job in the first place."

On the day of the move, the four crew members arrived just prior to the booking time and got right to work. They all were extremely respectful, and worked as a cohesive team staging, moving items into the truck, providing extra taping or packaging, protection, padding, where needed. Then they hit the road and went straight to our address, no detours, no excuses and gave us the same great service carefully unloading our belongings into the house and garage. In record time, too! "Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "
