"BUYER BEWARE!!! These people are crooks!!! I needed work on some commercial refrigerators. They came by and tried to scam me but if $800... The repair man could hardly speak English "THAT'S THE FIRST RED FLAG" He looked at my refrigerators and tempted them with an infrared gun and act like that was the accurate temperature... He didn't check anything on the unit,but he quickly told me that my units all needed freon... "ALL THREE UNITS WAS THE SECOND RED FLAG AFTER NOT CHECKING ANYTHING " ... After everything they tried to con me and tried to charge me a separate services charge each refrigerator 3 of them.. " HOW MAN MORE RED FLAGS DO YOU NEED????" I wanted to test them. I asked them is it a warranty. I got a fast NO... I called another company and had them do the work l. To no surprise neither of the units needed freon... It's a shame they just thought I was going to give them $800 without a warranty and at the least $300 in service charges... That could be their hustle. Just make money on service charges...IJS "UPDATED REVIEW " This company called me after seeing the review and offered me half of my service charge back if I remove the review. I declined then the guy offered a full refund and I declined again... I let them know that people need to know the truth about their shady business practices... The next day the called and texted me about removing the review... This is part of the reason the have a good Google score plus them also doing fake reviews 9 times out of 10... I would have taken it down if this company didn't feel like they were an honest business. Everyone has bad days and can do a bad job and we should be forgiving of that,but it's another thing when you're taking advantage of people..."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "I had a deeply disappointing experience with this company during a recent remodeling project at my parents' home. While some aspects of the work were satisfactory, several significant issues remain unresolved: Poor Quality and Incomplete Work: Many areas were left unfinished or poorly executed, despite multiple walkthroughs and follow-up communications. Unprofessional Behavior: The team brought children to the job site without approval, disrupting the work environment. Lack of Cleanup: Dust and debris were left throughout our home after the work was "completed." Missing Documentation: We’ve repeatedly requested an itemized receipt and proof of worker licenses, but these have not been provided. They turned off our gas on a Friday and refused to come back to turn it on until Monday. We notified them of this on a Friday, and it should have been rectified. Terrible Communication: Emails, texts, and calls have gone unanswered, leaving us frustrated and without resolution. Additionally, we were bullied into signing off on completion of work (by Sapir) with the promise they would return to complete the issues that were pointed out. They never returned or communicated further with us despite reaching out on various occasions. I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to meet basic standards of quality and accountability."

"We have used Remodel Specialists twice. Ten years ago, they remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room, which included a garden tub to huge walk in shower conversion, solid wood built in custom cabinets, and granite countertops. They just finished remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms including tubs, tile, and countertops, as well as replacement of a damaged kitchen cabinet. My primary bathroom and powder room are ten years old but look brand new. No issues whatsoever. Still absolutely beautiful after ten years of daily use. The workmanship in our upstairs bathrooms is fantastic. Once again, the whole process was seamless and a good experience all around. Remodel Specialists is a family owned and operated business. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and reputation. The employees are long term and highly skilled and specialized. Jim Godre, the owner, bids the jobs and is knowledgable and experienced. Their bids are clear and detailed with no hidden surprises. They were great about explaining options, as well as coming up with creative solutions. Communication is perfect. Lori Godre sends daily status emails letting you know who and what to expect. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they’d do. They also clean up and haul off debris everyday. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with. Remodel Specialists previously had their showroom and cabinet shop on Spring Cypress. Don’t stop by this location. They have moved to a new location a couple of miles away. Obviously we’re very happy with the work Remodel Specialists has done for us. They do high quality work for a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so."
