"Everything eventually turned out fine! I originally wanted my 20 year old above stove microwave repaired, and Mike & his son Christopher tried to fix it. Unfortunately, the magnetron part they needed to make it work was no longer manufactured. Mike was able to find a refurbished part, and after the work spent installing the needed parts, the oven did not work. It soon became clear to me that I was going to have to replace my old one with a new one. Mike agreed to install a new one (after I purchased it) for no additional charge since I had already paid for parts and service visit which I thought was very commendable. In addition to the normal installation, Mike and his sons had to do some minor construction work on my existing wall & cabinet space because the new microwave was slightly larger than the old one. All in all, I was very pleased with the service."
