"I would not recommend Serene Lux Cleaning. We scheduled recurring cleanings, but reliability was a consistent issue. On the first visit, one of the cleaners arrived over 3 hours late and the appointment lasted more than 8 hours. The cleaning itself was acceptable, but the delay was very inconvenient. The second appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but no one showed or called. When I contacted the owner, she said she had mistakenly told the cleaners 12:00 PM, so we had to reschedule. At the rescheduled visit, one of the cleaners was again over 3 hours late. While cleaning upstairs, she opened our back door despite being told not to, allowing our dogs inside. One of the dogs nipped and scratched her. The company is now attempting to involve our insurance for an incident that occurred because instructions were not followed. Due to repeated extreme lateness, scheduling errors, and lack of professionalism, we cannot recommend this company."
