"Brian from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality."
