"Gene is a very patient and honest person. He took his time to explain every step of the repair process, which helped make me feel very comfortable. The end results were exceptional. Gene's attention to detail was superb. Not to mention, as part of the repair process Gene identified some additional issues and repaired those at no additional cost to me. I will gladly recommend Gene and Florida Roofco to anyone looking for roof repairs."

"I have no words to thank enough Lazaro and Greitel for everything they did so we have our new metal roof installed. With the highest quality of metal, (confirmed by other roofing companies), and lots of colors to choose from. The whole process took only one week, including the removal of the old roof (tiles), replacement of the woods that were damaged, installation of the entire new roof and inspections. They handled the whole inspection process, something I had always genuinely dreaded, but they made it incredibly easy and stress‑free. The crews were very conscious of keeping everything clean while performing their job (this is a Huge plus!) Before having the roof replaced, they also took care of some leaks we had throughout the years, (our roof was over 30 years old), always very responsive, professional and on time. I not only recommend them, I suggest you don't waste more time looking for another company, in a week you will have a brand new, modern and strong roof."

"We had a few leaks in our roof and found J&K on Angie's List. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. Now we are ready for hurricane season with a roof that won't leak. Would definitely recommend J&K as an honest, local business with fair pricing."

"Top Shield Roofing was excellent in helping us get our roof leak repaired. Carlos reached out the same day to schedule a visit. The next day he came out and inspected the leak giving honest advise vs others who had over quoted what was necessary. They also guaranteed the work which gave us a piece of mind vs others so we decided to go with Top Shield. The next morning the patching tech (who was amazing) was out patching the leak which he explained everything and showed us the process as it went along. A few days later after the repair had settled the tile tech came out to reinstall tiles and complete the job. Amazing and smooth process from being to end. We highly recommend Top Shield Roofing."

"Fernando and his crew from Top Roofing were awesome. Very professional, courteous, respectful and timely. They were quick to respond. I’m glad I hired them."

"I had a challenging situation involving a roof leak that was entering my garage electrical breaker area. Rafael took the time to thoroughly assess the issue onsite and then spent several days discussing potential solutions with me. His knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail were especially valuable given the limited time I had to address the problem. After obtaining multiple quotes from vendors, I ultimately chose Rafael's more comprehensive repair approach. Rather than simply patching the area and hoping for the best, he recommended rebuilding several suspected problem areas to properly address the source of the leak. His team worked over the weekend during a brief window of dry weather. They were professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and worked extremely hard throughout the project. Rafael also spent time onsite with his team during the repairs explaining in detail how the repairs were progressing, answering questions. I would highly recommend Amigo Construction."
