With the highest quality of metal, (confirmed by other roofing companies), and lots of colors to choose from. The whole process took only one week, including the removal of the old roof (tiles), replacement of the woods that were damaged, installation of the entire new roof and inspections. They handled the whole inspection process, something I had always genuinely dreaded, but they made it incredibly easy and stress‑free. The crews were very conscious of keeping everything clean while performing their job (this is a Huge plus!) Before having the roof replaced, they also took care of some leaks we had throughout the years, (our roof was over 30 years old), always very responsive, professional and on time. Mike came out to give us an estimate and, after talking with him, we felt so good about his knowledge and expertise that we agreed on the spot to accept the estimate and get the work done. Just a few days later we received a call that they were ready to start. We had two valleys and a spot above a window repaired. Kevin and Don were amazing. It was 90 degrees on the ground, so I can't imagine what the temp was on the roof. They removed the tiles carefully so as to reuse them and took great care to clean up any debris. They kept us informed every step of the way and were very cordial and friendly. We were very impressed with their skills and work ethic. The next day he came out and inspected the leak giving honest advise vs others who had over quoted what was necessary. They also guaranteed the work which gave us a piece of mind vs others so we decided to go with Top Shield. The next morning the patching tech (who was amazing) was out patching the leak which he explained everything and showed us the process as it went along.
