"I needed to have damaged trees from hurricane Irma removed, and a large seagrape tree pruned. The crew showed up and within 30-45 minutes had removed several palm trees, pruned the large seagrape tree, and removed all the debris. They worked so efficiently and quickly, I was very impressed with how well the project went. What concerned me about this company was the customer service side. When Dell contacted me, he advised he could come by within an hour to give me an estimate. it was 3 hours later before he arrived. He advised that his crew could be there between 3-3:30 that day; it was after 5 pm when they arrived. One of my hurricane awnings was damaged during the debris removal, and Dell agreed to come out the next afternoon to make repairs. At 5 pm the next, Dell contacts me that he "forgot" to repair my awning, and I wasn't going to be available due to Christmas plans. Two days after the awning was damaged, I received texts from Dell of the repair made to the hurricane awning. As much as I value a contractor's time for projects, keeping my projects on a timeline is also just as important and timeliness is appreciated from a contractor. The work that was done was excellent, but the customer service side of things needs improvement."

"I have had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this company. I paid $650 for a permit back in September, yet the permit was not actually submitted until December 18. During that time, I was falsely told I needed to pay an additional $133 city fee. I later created my own city account and confirmed that the only fee ever paid on the permit was $133, proving that information was incorrect. I was also told I needed to sign an affidavit for the permit. I signed it and left it with them, but they never submitted it to the city, forcing me to go myself and pay another $134 out of pocket just to move things forward. On top of that, I gave them a $3,000 rush check for fence materials, yet the permit still was not in place. Recently, they told me they would be coming to dig the fence holes after I clearly explained that a city inspector was scheduled to meet me on-site to sign off on the permit and inspect the holes.
