We are a full-service remodeling & home repair contractor that serves King County. Our home repair service starts with a 2-hour minimum for a highly skilled craftsmen at $225. Additional time is invoiced at an hourly rate, plus the cost of materials needed. "We have had Shirey for two projects. The first was a few years ago when they fixed a roof leak around our fireplace that a couple of other contractors had already tried to fix and had failed. We have had NO leaks since Shirey worked their magic! The second project was just completed this fall. We have three short sets of stairs between our driveway and the front door and I wanted nice-looking metal railings installed on them. Shirey found a customer railing manufacturer and worked with him to make the railings and then installed them for us. I love that it was one-stop-shopping for us. They look great and now I won’t worry about our friends and family falling as they make their way to our front door!"

"Steve was recommended by a neighbor who is also in the trades. I called, left a message, he called me back within an hour. After discussing the broken torsion spring and what it would take to replace it - including me sending pictures, he quoted me a very fair price and said he would be able to come do the repair the next day at 10 AM. Next day at 10 AM, there he was on my doorstep. About 40 minutes later the replacement was complete, including some minor adjustments that were also needed, all included in the original quoted price. The door is now working perfectly. I heartily recommend Steve and his business for any and all garage door installations or service."
