"I just had two windows by Tommy’s Windows. It went very smooth from the estimate to installation. Meeting with Tommy to get the estimate went very well he was on time. In our discussion I felt very comfortable with him. This made the recession to choose Tommy’s an easy one. His rating did not hurt either. David was my installer he was on time worked hard to install my windows. After installing the windows he cleaned up any mess that he made. It was almost like with the exception of having a new window I would have never know he had been there. Overall my experience with Tommy’s Windows was very positive. They were one time, professional, did excellent work and were reasonably priced. If the need in the future arises for windows or doors Tommy’s will be my first call not my last like this time."

"I hired leo to do a shower remodel and kitchen backsplash remodel. He have done such a sloppy and rushed jobs on the projects that he was hired to do that I would not recommend his service to anybody. He do not call to say if he is going to be running late, or he is not going to make it to the job at all. I had to call Angi a couple times to get this man to finish up the jobs that I paid and hired him to do. Make sure you watch him not walk out of your house with the material and tools that you purchased with your money, because he will take and keep the materials without asking. He washed the grout from the backsplash inside my brand new black kitchen sink without my permission, and now it has a white haze to it now. "Things started well. Gentry responded quickly and arrived the next day. We planned for repairs on the front door of a small hotel. That is prone to door pulling by the unhoused. I asked him to replace the door closer to the reinforcement plate, add weather stripping, do some touch-ups to the door frame cosmetically, and ensure the door latch securely. The project took about two and a half hours that afternoon. The project took a turn when he failed to check that the door latched securely. upon completion. I have a recording of the door being pulled open easily, taking minutes after he left, which had not happened before his repairs. He returned one and a half hours later and actually thought the door was locked simply by looking at it. I had to encourage him to pull it open to test it. He decided the electronic latch was the issue. It wasn't, and I had to hire a second repairman to fix his work on the door closer. At over 150 dollars an hour. I expected more care, better workmanship and attention to detail."
