We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon. <br /> He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?" <br /> I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two. <br /> Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I needed a new roof and soffit, fascia and gutters in the back of my house. Tyco wasn’t the cheapest of my quotes but Tim Cole, who gave me my estimate was knowledgeable and gave me confidence that they were the best choice. My roof was started on one of those horrible hot humid days. The crew showed up and went right to work. My landscaping was covered the old roof off in 90 minutes and at 2:30 they were done, everything cleaned up, you would never know they were there except I now have a beautiful new roof. The gutter crew came a couple days later and now with rotted wood soffit and fascia replaced with new wood wrapped in aluminum and my new gutters, everything is beautiful and solid and I’m quite happy with the job."
