"<strong>Professionalism</strong>:  Throughout the process from the estimate, destruction, install and finishing, Paul, Dale and Gene were great; they even.  They were friendly, professional and considerate of our needs and timelines.  They explained every step of the process and answered all questions promptly.  Paul provided care and maintenance instructions to ensure that the floors would stay beautiful for years to come.  <br /> <strong>Cleanliness</strong>: Our job was started in early November and the weather was horrible; rain, snow and cold for the entire time. They were careful to protect the flooring in our entry way and protected the clothing in our closets from the dust. At the end of each day and at the end of the job, the work area was cleanand equipment was stored out of the way to allow us to access the bathrooms.  <br /> <strong>Quality</strong>:  The quality of their work is excellent.  The floors look great and I can't wait to see the rooms with the baseboards and furniture in place.  We had wood floors installed on the main floor of the house several years ago and we had to leave the house for 2 days when the floors were being sealed due to the toxic odor.  We were happy to find that the ordor was minimal and were were able to stay in the house.  <br /> <strong>Price</strong>:  We had several estimates prior to choosing Czar and the price was reasonable and competitive.  Another company's price was less but they were going to install wood over press board which was not recommended by Czar.  Based on our interaction with Paul and the reviews on Angie's list, we were confident in his knowledge and experience and the choice was easy. <br /> <strong>Going the extra mile</strong>: Paul called our attention to a problem with the wood floors on the first floor of our house and provided advice to help correct the problem.  Paul, Dale and Gene were also great with our dog! <br /> <strong>Overall Recommendation:</strong>  We are extremely satisfied with our choice and highly recommend Czar's wood flooring to anyone that is planning to install wood floors. <br /> The Jarzabeks <br /> <br />"
