Also, the yard runs wet anyway with a natural creek that runs through the property. JD, the owner, came out to estimate what re-grading the yard would cost so that the water could be diverted away from the house. He was thorough, professional, down to earth and honest. The bid was reasonably priced and I appreciated having options: he gave me various estimates for less versus more work. Ultimately, I decided to do everything at once so that I could put any potential drainage issues to rest. The team came out as scheduled and they handled it all very well and efficiently. They definitely knew what they were doing and they instilled me with confidence from the start. The project took a day and a morning, and my yard is now BEAUTIFUL. I am so glad the boys can play in what was a mud pit. And now we all can appreciate the landscape without having to worry about water being where it's not supposed to be.
