"Ritchie did a great job on our little driveway. Exceeded the contract requirements and did so on time and for the fair price he quoted. As is my usual practice when spending more than $500 on contract improvements, I contacted 3 A rated Angie's List businesses for estimates. Richie delivered first with the lowest estimated price and offered the most comprehensive service. He explained carefully what he planned to do and then did it, at the time we agreed. Also important is what he didn't do: try to upsell me on services I didn't request or try to convince me that my job required a removal of my existing driveway. It is a neat, compact driveway but I expect he gave the same level of service that he would if I'd brought him in to do a parking lot. The job is only 2 days old now so I will revise if somehow the quality is less than it appears to be right now."

"Great job sealing an asphalt driveway that had been neglected for over 10 years. Driveway over 200 feet long W parking spaces and required patching two large holes (after 3 months it still looks new—no degradation). Once the first coat was applied the driveway absorbed and needed another coat to give a solid seal. Cooper gave my driveway a couple more years before I need to rip and replace. (I had several estimates and all agreed the driveway would sooner than later require total replacement. Cooper was very honest w their assessment too but I needed time ... this seal will do the job). Appreciate their honesty. I had 5 other neighbors use Cooper that week and all are happy w the price and quality. One neighbor had Cooper rip out his driveway and replace. They are happy too."

Now, all I see are the spray makes on my the driveway surface. Not sure what kind of quality product was used or if the application was way too thin. I personally will not use their services again."
