"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. Therefore, I would recommend Alliance for any home improvement needs that you may need addressed. Lastly, I was so satisfied with the siding installation Alliance did I am now having them replace the two entry doors to my garage. Thank you again Sergiy, Keith, Serg and the rest of the installation crew. CFP Sr."

"The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."

"Total Remodeling just installed my new sliding glass door, and I couldn’t be happier! The quality is excellent, and it completely transformed the look of my space. The team was on time, professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. It opens and closes so smoothly, and the installation was quick and clean. I highly recommend Total Remodeling for anyone looking to upgrade their doors or windows!"

"I called and the technician was here in about an hour to fix the broken spring on my garage door.  He also installed safety wiring, which had been lacking.  Prompt, efficient, professional service."

"The price was fair for the job done which is important however the overall job was mediocre at best. My kitchen is challenging with an 18' cathedral ceiling. I anticipated the highest parts of where the wall meets the ceiling the paint lines might not be perfectly straight. Even managing my expectations... not a single paint line is straight, they are all wavy, at the baseboard, around the door, where the ceiling height is only 8' - not a straight paint line to be found in my kitchen. Jose was very nice, cleaned up when the job was done and seemed to work hard. For those reasons I would have liked to give a better rating but when I look at the details, the job is just barely adequate."
