"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"I recommend Fredi and his company to everyone who needs work done on their roof. I gave 5 stars but if I could it would be 5 Star + Fredi was the 5th person to quote my request for work. He was professional kind and very detailed in what he looked at. In addition he took pictures that allowed us to have a productive conversation. Of all of the quotes I received (from ridiculously high, to stupid low) his made the most sense. He made very concise points on what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could wait. His proposal made it easy for my wife and I to chose him to do the work. When his team showed to do the work on the house (on the agreed time!) I was very impressed with their professionalism and the way they presented themselves and Red Rock Roofing. They reviewed the work that was contracted, and the additional customer service items (scrape the roof of moss and blow out the rain gutters) that we not on the contracted list. The two gentlemen worked very hard and very efficiently. They had the task done in a very minimal time and when they were through you would have never known they were there the worksite was very clean and tidy.
