"Mark and his crew showed up early on day one and proceeded to break up and haul away existing concrete drive and sidewalk. They brought in multiple truckloads of crushed limestone to create a base for the new concrete, placed it and compacted it. Both Mark and I were surprised to find that the original installation contained only a small amount of pea gravel and was mostly mud which explained the deterioration of the old concrete. At the end of day one they had completed the removal, placed most of the base and placed the forms for all but the apron area. Day two began with the crew arriving on time and doing many measurements of base layer to insure the drive and walk would be poured at the correct depth. Cement was poured and finished in segments. In all 3 trucks of cement were required. The attention to detail and skill of the crew when finishing the concrete was fun to watch. Even the driver of the last cement truck commented on the finish job as being beyond anything he had seen in 21 years delivering concrete. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro-Tech for any concrete needs. Great job and I am the envy of my neighborhood! I should add that I obtained 6 bids for this work and although Pro-Tech was not the lowest they were far from the most expensive. I went with Pro-Tech based on conversations with Mark (Owner) and other reviews and do not believe that any of the other bidders could or would have done a better job! Thanks Mark."

"On the plus side, Anthony was highly knowledgeable. He offered unique explanations and features like surrounding our basketball hoop to help prevent injury, and â  pin-ingâ  to existing concrete to prevent sag. Anthony started work right on schedule with only a verbal agreement. The finished concrete looks mostly great although some discoloration which we hope will cure out. On the minus side, crew was sloppy and inconsiderate when Anthony was not present. Idle workers leaned on neighbors and our fencing which was not sturdy. Piles of mud and rocks placed in neighbor's yard and our new deck despite ample yard space. After I washed the deck off in full view, others brought more mud and rock on the deck to plug in tools despite other outlets being used tools. Workers urinated in bushes. On completion, did not backfill dirt as proposed. We had to wash neighbor's fence, plus wash our surfaces including basketball pole, mailbox and pole which had concrete residue. Concrete residue still covers the street and gutter a month later."
