"For the past two years we have had signs of insect frass that last for only a couple of days. We called A Vanish and set up an appointment. The exterminator looked at a sample of frass that we had kept. He used a light and high power magnifying glass. He identified the frass as coming from termites and then located where the termites were. Instead of trying to sell us on a big job like tenting the house, he told us the wood was very dense, therefore difficult for the termites to digest quickly, and not to worry about a large infestation. He treated the pin holes he found that the termites had left with an insecticide specific for termites, all at no charge! We do have an ant problem so we contracted A Vanish to come out for that problem. The exterminator was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions."

They came out at the expected time, and the estimate was the same as what they gave on the phone. $60 for service, they come every 2 weeks as scheduled. If they miss a day due to bad weather or other circumstances, they come out within 2 days. They are very fast, and their team does a great job in just a short amount of time. They also pick up fallen branches and leaves and take it with them."

"Carlos Victoria, the owner of this business, is absolutely wonderful. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He was very responsive, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He came out to our property and helped us to determine why our system was not working (needed a new pump). He quickly sent over a proposal and was available to do the work within a day or two. He also suggested that we drill for new well water since ours was very rusty. Once those two things were in place, he came out more than once to check that the system was running properly and that we had good coverage. He noticed some spots that needed adjusting, and quickly fixed them for us. Finally, we had new landscaping installed, and he came out again to see if any sprinklers needed to be added/moved as a result. Again, he completed the work very quickly and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend him. <br />"

"They were so excellent! It's been pretty rough I was having financial trouble. When he came to give me estimates I let him know what I needed done. Everything I've address to him, he did to perfection. There is no one I'd rather work with. I have a beautiful tree that I fought very hard to keep. He did the work on the 12th, and it's beautiful. I'm having a misunderstanding with one of his workers who answers the phones. I hope we can get this worked out. I was having financial trouble and my brother has been very sick, so I had to cancel our recent appointment. I want to work with him for lawn service, but he doesn't seem to answer phone calls or letters. I don't have emails. I really want to clarify this, and work with him. I have a cell phone and can receive text messages, but I can't respond him. I received a message and another attachment that I couldn't open. The message say "Mr. Boyd will no longer do your lawn service" but I'm not sure what. I couldn't see what else was sent. I want to clarify our misunderstanding so I can continue working with him. He does beautiful work. Good work needs to be recognized, and I want him to know how excellent his work is. I would like him to please give me a chance so we can finish this work."

"Rafael informed me he had to come back for reinforcement. I was not available during the week, therefore, the only time I was home was on the weekend. When I called Rafael he told me he was off but he still managed to drive from his home (west Kendal to Hialeah/miami lakes - almost an hour drive) just so that he can take care of the job and keep me as a happy customer. I'm so happy he was able to do this for me due to my crazy weekly schedule. I feel relieved that reinforcement was made. Now a recap from his first visit - well looks like.... I will be roach free permanently !!!! :) he will defiantly be added to my FAVORITES!!! He will be the only person (to go guy) I will be going to for anymore pest control/problems. I have RECOMMENDED him to all my friends and family."

"I had some work done by another company which was not completed.  I could not get them to come back and finish the job.  I called Evergreen and they came out promptly.  They inspected all the sprinkler and marked what they needed to do so nothing got left out. They adjusted or replaced what was necessary did a good job including picking up old parts and cleaning up any pieces left over.  they did the work for the price quoted and even though it was a small job treated it like it was a big one.  I heartily recommend them. <br />"
