"Response from this service pro was fast and excellent. I was contacted promptly and he and his wife came and completed the work going above and beyond what I hoped for. When something couldn't be repaired a workable alternative was found. They were thoughtful and polite and more than able to get the work done. I will work with them again. The only reason I did not give five stars was that after replacing and installing one new window blind they didn't take the old one for disposal but left it for me to do. Perhaps a small thing, but it would have helped."

"They did a good job to inspect my house and identified some possible rat entries at the ground level. But it is much harder to locate rats entering points on the roof under the tiles and fix that problem. It remains to be a challenge."
