"They were prompt and professional. They were down and worked quickly. It was easy to d, they billed me and we sent it in. They were good. The only thing I'm not 100% on their mulch, mulch has different grades and there's pine bark and some of the bark is large pieces of stuff. I think it takes a lot longer for it to break down. Theirs was more smaller pieces of mulch and I also had some twigs in it or pieces of wood in it and wood is not necessarily good for the soil. It's not necessarily a nutrient whereas the breaking out of the pine bark is good for the soil. They had a cheaper price but the mulch is a cheaper grade. I don't know that any other customer would be concerned about that to even mention it. They were responsive. They did what they were supposed to do. The box was on the spot, we checked everything and made sure it was okay. I would use them again."
