"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"They had me on the schedule for June 27 and weren't able to get to me. When they finally came June 28, they fixed the 6 lights before they left but within a week, 2 lights stopped functioning. They sent my bill to the wrong email address so I hadn't paid it. They called me demanding i pay, bullying me and rudely badgering me into giving my card number. They said it wasn't their fault, they had used my bulbs instead of theirs, and gave me $10 off my bill. They said I'd have to pay for another service call. I won't use Fraser Electric again!"

"Process went extremely well. There were some delays due to getting material, weather and our travel plans but overall the process went very well. The work was done efficiently and quickly. They cleaned up as if they had not been there. Michelle, our sales agent, was very helpful in getting approval from our HOA. She always kept us in the loop and was very responsive to our questions. We would strongly recommend Superior Aluminum. The project cost was $11,000.00 and was for an 10x20 screened porch with a shingled roof tied into the existing roof."
