"First of all, I don't write reviews, ever. However, I live 3 hours away from Longview and needed someone I could trust. I met Lucas before giving the project to him and knew right way he would take care of it for me. The project was large, repairs from water damage, vinyl plank, carpeting, painting, etc. I was blown away when I drove over to see the work he had done. It was so much more, and better than I expected. He communicated with me regularly, identified and fixed things that needed repair, and simply gave me peace of mind during the process. "Kevin from LeafFilter came out to inspect my gutters. He was very knowledgeable, and informed me about the system I had, and that they were unable to service it if I wanted to keep my warranty. He also helped me solve a solution for a small job but big problem I had with one downspout. He also said that job was too small for most gutter companies, and recommended that I find a handyman to help me out. It was a breath of fresh air to have an honest, knowledgeable rep come help me out. I will consider LeafFilter in the future if I need gutter replacement base on this customer service experience."
