We did this knowing that they were a higher price because of the hard sell commitment that our timeline could be maintained. - No communication for a month after they got our deposit - multiple follow up communication from me, asking for timing updates, etc. without any response - missed both of our initial milestone deadlines without comment or commitment to a timeline - finally get engagement after calling the construction manager directly and threatening to pull the project Our experience from the point of project start through completion was very good. the work was professional, the team was knowledgeable and responsive and the finished product is AWESOME. The overall story, Project Team set up to fail by their sales team, compounded by a complete lack of organization and communication internally, tainted our experience of what otherwise should have been a pretty cool time in our home improvement lives. "I first contacted Juan during the rainy season, and we waited until the ground was dry to do the work.  Because of the rains, we had to reschedule several times.  At one point I came down with pneumonia and we had to delay the work once again.  Juan was always professional and encouraging during these rescheduling times. <br /> The day came to begin the work and Juan was very involved with each portion of the work...ground clearing, framing, pouring of the concrete and the finish work.  His team was very efficient and when the work was done, I was very happy with the results. <br /> I would and will recommend JMG Construction. <br />"
