"We thought the 4 exterior doors needed weather stripping replaced. There was a gap at each door bottom right corner where our cold air came in and our heat was escaping. Mr Ludwig showed up promptly on time. He could have done the replacements and been in and out quickly. He showed us the stripping was not the problem, the doors had settled out of alignment. He removed each and re-hung adjusting hinges on 1. All the gaps were gone and the doors looked square. We liked that he explained everything he did and why. Very thorough. Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, professional. Answered all our questions with patience and courtesy. Being older folks, we were very impressed with the entire experience. "The door that I purchased was a little bit smaller than the old door and I was concerned it wouldnâ t fit but Manny made the necessary adjustments to make it work. Thanks Manny, the only thing that has me concerned is the storm door lock, he had to add pieces to get it to lock, eventually that piece or the storm door will have to be replaced, as Manny and I discussed before he left. Overall, itâ s completed and I no longer have to worry about it."
