"????? 5-Star Review for EREG Property Maintenance and Management After living on the shoreline for over 30 years, I can confidently say that EREG Property Maintenance and Management is unlike any company I?ve worked with before. Their team doesn?t rush to replace things or upsell ? instead, they focus on repair, low-cost remediation, and realistic solutions that make sense for the situation and the homeowner. The staff at EREG are professional, courteous, and incredibly responsive. They approach each project with care and integrity, offering timely, practical results without sacrificing quality. It?s rare these days to find a company that prioritizes long-term value and customer satisfaction over quick fixes and high costs ? but EREG does exactly that. If you?re looking for honest, reliable, and skilled property maintenance professionals who truly take pride in their work, EREG Property Maintenance and Management is the team to call. They?ve certainly earned a long term relationship."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
