"John Gambino was recommended to me on Facebook a year or so ago when I needed an emergency electrician on a holiday. He sent someone out within the hour and the issue was resolved quickly. A few months ago, I again needed some work done and decided to also upgrade to 200 AMP at the same time. John sent out a few guys, including Bill Heaton and Jimmy. The work was done to our 100% satisfaction and Bill carefully explained everything that had been done and why. We recently bought an older home that had knob and tube wiring so we called John once again and he sent Bill out to give us an estimate. I will be honest, we now trust John and Bill so much based on our prior experiences that we didn't even bother to get a second estimate. We knew that the peace of mind that we would have knowing that the job would be done correctly, on time, and by people that we like and trust was worth far more than trying to save a few dollars. "My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee."

"We had Frank replace a chandelier in the kitchen, replace dimmer switches in our living room, install ceiling fans with lights and corresponding light switches in 4 upstairs bedrooms as well as recess lights in our master. He also installed an additional outlet for a bidet in the bathroom. He and Dave were great to work with, Dave provided quotes in advance and they were reasonably priced. Frank also helped guide our decision on some of the work and was very honest about what would and would not work in our bedrooms—even if it generated less revenue for him.
