When the foreman informed Joe that some necessary supplies were not part of the shipment delivered, Joe immediately left to get those items from the vendor. Once the job was completed Joe return for a final inspection and even went around with a magnet to make sure all nails were picked up. The price was considerably less than the other bid I had received plus it was a removal of old shingles where the other contractor wanted to apply new shingles over the old. They removed old shingles and found some rot so had to replace some of the plywood which added to the bid but was very reasonable. A very favorable experience and now I don't dread the rain.....porch doesn't leak at all! Will use the contractor again if I ever need it."

GACO Silicone Roof product states TWO COATS ARE REQUIRED This roofer only applied one coat - gave me BS about an old coat of another non-silicone product already there. I believe the price he charged should have been for two coats and therefore, believe I was overcharged. SPECIFY IN THE CONTRACT how many coats you want to be done!!"
