The bigger and clearer the picture the better the drawing. I will start an initial sketch right away and take pictures of it and show it to you. Please email them quickly if possible, because the holidays are coming and I get busy. Once the initial sketch is done. I usually take something down on it. It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. "Went good for a about 4 days he was paid in full and had a crew there. But when the bill was paid in full he only had about one day and a half left for his crew . 2 people showed up next day didn’t do much, and never came back. He was supposed to send information so I could send out 1099 . Wouldn’t and wouldn’t finish the job. So I am talking to the city about him doing work without a license and beating the city and state on taxes.. he is a crook... he was to finish all demo. Put in load bearing beam after the took out the load bearing wall . Was not installed properly. Left screws hanging out of the beam.. left the trash out back. Left most old duck work still in. Had to have someone else remove it and finish his work."
