"My skylight started leaking on Wednesday. Angi connected me with Jimmy from Lifetime Quality Construction and other companies. However, I ended up selecting Jimmy for the job on Thursday based on the scope of the services he provided, fair price, and quick start time. He provided me with different options to accommodate my budget from repairs to replacement. I ended up selecting to replace the skylight due to his fair pricing and extended warranty coverage for both the skylight and his own labor. By Saturday morning, Jimmy had texted me ahead of time he was arriving at my house. Throughout the skylight replacement process, he kept me updated on his progress and asked me for final confirmation before he permanently installed the skylight to ensure I was happy with the orientation from within the house. He did the job solo within a couple of hours and even cleaned up the jobsite afterwards and any debris that fell into the house. I highly recommend him and he will be my go to roof guy."

"Royal Roofing and Gutters was called and came on time to give an estimate for the repair of siding. (1 piece) They even took a look at the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Limi never complained about the size of the job and gave a fair estimate for the repair. He was so kind and considerate, I asked about another job replacing rotting wood trim around the house. (I previously received astronomical estimates from other companies) Limi and Chuck reviewed the work to be done and again gave a fair estimate for the work. Limi and Chuck were hired for the job and waited for a good day to work. Limi confirmed the night before and Chuck showed up on time as usual. Chuck took his time and worked on our home from 8am to 3pm non-stop. The results of the job were awesome!!! The replacement of the wood looked so great that I forgot they were really hired for that small piece of siding. The finished product looked so good that people in the community were driving by and requesting Chuck stop by their home for an estimate as well. (wood replacement due to rotting is a common issue in the community) Limi and Chuck are kind, courteous, respectful, professional, fair and did not try to take advantage of the situation because it was such a very small job. Limi and Chuck did an excellent job with our home and I would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! He gave me a reasonable price for the repair and started work that afternoon as the forecast called for rain for the next few days. He fixed the immediate problem and pointed out areas where the company who had replaced the roof 2 years earlier had done shotty work. His price included those repairs as well.
