"If you are looking for a roofer, then stop right here and hire Duration Roofing and Construction NOT only do I have a great looking roof but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I rarely give 5 stars but with this company I wish I could give more stars. When I was interviewing Roofers, Darryn, came out and not only did he give me a free estimate, but he walked me through the whole process of replacing the roof and help me understand how my insurance company would handle the claim. He gave me the facts and no pressure, which I so much appreciated. He was here the whole time while the roof was being replace to make sure NO short cuts were taken. If I had any questions and called he was the one who answered (which is so rare these days) or if I sent a text or e-mail he would respond so quickly it blew my mind. Not only does my roof look great, but his customer service was excellent, which is so rare to see these days. Roofers have such a bad reputations, but Duration roofing squashes everything bad about roofers. So again if you need a new roof I can not express or said it enough you would be crazy NOT to hire Duration Roofing and Construction."

"They showed up on time & did extra work at no charge as they replaced needed shingles - they noticed a bit of soft decking around our chimney when they were replacing the flashing and replaced a part of the decking while they were there. They could not find a match for the ridge vent shingles, so replaced all of the shingles instead of a few... Completely cleaned up when they left. They were able to match the roof shingles pretty well - almost an invisible patch..."

He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"Lynn was very thorough. He arrived on time, dressed appropriately for inspection. He looked professional, not sloppy. He got up on the roof to inspect it! He thoroughly discussed the problems around the home with my husband and me. He took pictures and made notes. A day or so later, we had a very large pdf file with pictures and descriptions of the problems. We have bought about 22 investment homes over the years, so we have alot of experience with inspectors. Lynn is the best one we have had. We will absolutely use him for any other work we need in the future.
