I called 3 companies for a bid, one never returned my call and the second called after The Roof Cleaners had already completed the work. When the The Roof Cleaner sets the bar so high, it's no wonder the competition is falling behind!"

Once the job was completed I called back because I had an overflow, and they sent someone right out .What they found to be the problem was a bird's nest in a particially hidden gutter.  The price was determined by how much they had to get out of the gutters. He built stairs into my storage area in the garage to make it easier to step up. Also painted and repaired deck skirting. "I waited until after the winter to post this review because i wanted to see how the install held up after it took a winter beating and the high winds of spring. The results were very positive, with the roof looking great. Jim was easy to work with, identified the problems we had, provided a temporary repair to stop leaks and found matching shingles and did the full job at near his quote cost (we needed more material after project started and needs were clearer). Jim had injured his foot and we did have delays due his recovery, but he got up on that steep roof as soon as he was able to do the job. He was quick to respond to inquiries and did no more than job required. <br />"
