We had the makings of a serious leaking problem behind the siding in our home and Dan was not only the ONLY company to call us back he gave us a fair price and was honest about what he could and could not do and made no promises. The men were very careful when they removed the snow from our roof as to where they were throwing it to make sure they did not damage anything on the ground or the awning over our door. There was also someone on the ground to shovel the snow off the walkways that had already been cleared. They placed "ice melt socks" that my husband and I had made at the suggestion of the fire department otherwise we would have no other way to get them on the roof. One of our neighbors ended up hiring them right then and there to remove snow from their roof also. We may hire them again if need be and also again in the spring to give us a new roof. Thanks Dan for such great and timely service with a smile. It is nice to do business with a company that does not want to swindle homeowners in their time of need. "Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."
