"Based on a friend's recommendation, we added Beantown Home Improvement to our list of potential roof and gutter replacement providers. We were impressed with Eli's thorough quote, attention to detail and competitive pricing. We ultimately hired them and Eli and Derek were very responsive and professional throughout. They kept us well informed during the whole process, which included prompt rescheduling due to a winter storm. We are apprentice of the professional, hard working and tidy crew. The roof and gutters look great ( and were immediately tested the day after installation with 60 mph winds!). We would not hesitate to recommend Beantown or hire them again."

"They were timely, prompt and efficient with a fair price quote and conscientious, caring workmanship and service. When the hammering on the roof caused my kitchen fixture to shatter, Tim came with me to Home Depot to select a replacement, which he purchased and installed."

"Muto Construction recently replaced my roof and installed numerous skylights. I can not recommend Jasen, the owner of Muto Construction, the office manager Lisa, and the sales consultant and project manager Tony Fernandes more highly. The quality of the roof replacement and skylight installation is exceptional. As a result of Tony's extensive consultation with my wife and me regarding roof and solar skylight options, we were able to make informed decisions. Tony is a pleasure to work with and always answers his phone or returns messages in a timely manner. Tony had the interior finish work completed by Louis Painting. Incredibly well done. Tony also had Gordon from the Mid Cape Home Centers program the newly released VELUX Touch Remote. Gordon spent considerable time ensuring the remote functioned properly. I'm very thankful for Gordon's technical expertise and diligence."

"My name is Mike s., I called vaz construction for a roof repair on my home in fallriver. Within 24 hrs they had the roof repaired. "We hired Ronaldo from Serpa Home Improvement to reside our house with James Hardie lap siding and replace a custom French doors to our deck. It was the biggest project we have ever done and we are so glad we went with Ronaldo. His guys came everyday and worked long hours to get my project completed in about 3.5 weeks. My reason to hire Ronaldo is because heâ s listed on the Hardie website as a certified installer. When I observed his guys working, they did everything to James hardieâ s specs such as installing flashing in every butt joint, sealing every cut with paint, leaving proper gap from chimney/roof line, nailing the siding to studs, caulking the right places, etc. My wife is designer and wanted the trim for the windows, doors and dormers to be done a certain way. She showed Ronaldo her mock-ups and his guys were very meticulous and able to build them exactly to her drawings! If you are considering installing hardie or have anything done to your house, I highly recommend Serpa Home Improvement!"

"Lifetime Roofing is an outstanding contractor. The work was excellent, the price was fair and their communication was exceptional. After a heavy rainstorm, water was leaking into my house. Paul from Lifetime Roofing got back to me very quickly and, after an inspection, recommended that the flashing be replaced in one area of the roof. I was impressed that Paul kept in constant email contact through the contracting and scheduling process, answering all my questions. The crew was professional and skilled and completed the work in one day and did a terrific job. After the work was completed, Paul even followed up after a rainstorm to make sure no water had leaked into the house. None did. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all my future roofing needs."

"Mas Roofing promptly quoted the job and while not the lowest I felt very comfortable with the quote and Mac himself. The crew showed up on the chosen day and finished the whole job. Clean up was AMAZING (I found 1 stray nail). All in all a great experience"
