They pruned a 50ft Pin Oak that was riddled with dead branches, top to bottom, but also removed unsafe branches that extended out over the street and our 40ft home. They also pruned a 50ft Tulip tree to allow for more sunlight to internal branches for more efficient growth. Neighbors agree both trees look 100% healthier and beautiful to look at. Rich also removed a 40 ft Spruce Pine between our home and the neighbors, in close proximity (11ft), by donning his climbing gear and dropping the tree in no time. It is a science. "Tru green is the worst service out there. I paid up front for the seasonal service and all I got from them is more crabgrass and weeds I have ever seen in my yard. Neighbor is complaining my crabgrass is infiltrating his yard. I have dandelions in October, who gets dandelions in October. They don’t return calls. The worst ever."
