"Grounds Masters did an adequate job.  Worked only 3 hours - pruned, weeded, clipped paver edges, iris, bushes, Magnolia tree, added soil and seeded along paver edges, hauled material away.  Said they would be back to remove crab grass (additional fee). Did not followup by phone or set new date to check on job.  We watered several times a time ... grass started to grow but there was far too much straw.  Finally, we had to rake all of the excess straw and bag it...4 bags of extra straw.  Added note: Jeff (foreman) and one man left for about an hour and returned.  We, the customer, ended up trying to find someone else to provide landscape service.  Would not recommend this company based on high cost and fair job.

"Eric and his team were amazing! He was prompt in correspondence, and arriving at the time he said he would arrive. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything beforehand so I knew exactly what would be done. His prices are beyond fair especially for his knowledge in tree removal. I had 3 quotes from 3 different companies. One were a little cheaper but their lack of knowledge made me very weary. The other company quoted $500 more and wasn’t willing to remove the tree or grind the stump once they took it down. The Tree Team came out and brought done my old oak tree down with obvious skill. It was amazing to watch! He even removed the stump and hauled off the tree in the price quoted. I recommend The tree team to everyone I know. It’s hard to find honest, hard workers nowadays and this company met and exceeded my expectations. The only company I will use in the future. Highly recommend!"

"Blake is a honest nice guy with a hardworking crew. Once they came to my property it took them 2 days and installation went very smoothly. Did not leave a mess, and all was done professionally, and we love our patio. We had issues with getting a confirmed work date. We signed a contract in June and the job was done in October. It was clearly communicated to us by Blake that they do big jobs, and when he has openings he puts in smaller residential jobs in so that his crew has an income year round. Summer is one of their busiest times during the year with big projects, so we were aware that there can be delays, and he is priced at a low rate for residential work because that is not where he aims to make the most profit. However, due to the excessive rain and growing pains for Blake's business it seemed like our job was significantly delayed than expected. Obviously I waited so for us it turned out ok, but I can see how this would be a frustrating experience for others. I did end up with a now it really has to be done moment so I asked Blake to get the job scheduled or give me my deposit back, and after that the job was done without a hitch within a week.
I am happy to have worked with them, and as long as I am ok that there may be a long wait I am happy to work with them again. I do believe that this delay was out of the ordinary for Blake as well, and it will not happen in the future.
