"This is a small boarding facility; however, it has indoor/outdoor runs of various sizes and is air conditioned. We have a large male golden retriever so we utilize the large indoor/outdoor runs. The dogs are segregated so if you have a male that is not neutered, they can be let out by themselves for breaks and taking care of business in one of several fenced outdoor areas. The prices are very fair and affordable and the service is top notch. The dogs are well cared for and the facility and outdoor areas are kept clean. We have kept our dog at other kennels but have found this is the best in the area. We have used the Horseshoe Kountry many times over the years and they were recommended to us by our Vet. One day, we came to pickup our dog around closing time. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our SUV. Jon, the owner, and his wife stayed with us until a locksmith could come and unlock our car. They kept our dog inside in the cool while we waited. We appreciated that so much. <br />"
