"I had an overall great experience. Not only did the product come with the longest warranty for both labor and material, but it was also the best price. They were very respectful of my social distancing request. They were very easy to work with. They had a no pressure sales pitch and were willing to answer all of my questions. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up. It was very easy to work with their office to coordinate the whole job."

"Circle G has been our roofer of choice for many years, and has always done an outstanding job. We used their services to replace an aging foam roof as well as recoat a newer one; they also took the time to inspect the metal portion of our roof and caulk where needed to make sure everything was as best as could be. I cannot sufficiently recommend Circle G for the professionalism, their work ethic and their constant attention to detail. The one and only roofer in our book: Circle G! "

"I wish I could start this review by saying Rachel made this situation right and refunded me $100 of the $250 I paid her but I CAN’T because she HASN’T & she probably NEVER WILL so here’s my experience... we were out of state the day Rachel came to clean. Our home is a new build we bought in November and it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned yet. It’s barely furnished. I explained that to her when I hired her and said I wanted top to bottom cleaned. Because we weren’t there a neighbor let her in. I paid Rachel thru Venmo before seeing the work in person 2 days later. I knew there were going to be some issues because we have video monitoring in the main area of our home & I noticed a lot of standing around, talking on her cell phone, not moving area rugs when she mopped - she mopped around them. I also saw that she missed some obvious areas like window sills. She wiped around the six placemats on my dining table and never cleaned or picked up 2 small, granite cutting boards that were sitting on the kitchen island. She didn’t move anything from the kitchen counters or move the dining chairs off the rug, she vacuumed around them. She arrived at 11:30, left for 1 hour so my neighbor had to come back and sit there until she returned and then she was done at 3:30. So she made $83 + change per hour. I reluctantly paid her. When we arrived I started checking around and it was more than obvious that she did not touch the bathtub in the guest bathroom or clean the area around the floor at base of toilet (there was a bandaid on the floor next to trash can). The kitchen cabinets had so many streaks they will need to be redone. There was drywall dust and caulking debris in corners of kitchen floors, along the base of the island and at the back of kitchen counters. The dining chairs had crumbs on a couple chairs. The trash cans in the master bath were not emptied and I honestly don’t think she touched the master shower or sinks. Keep in mind that the house did not look dirty when she got there, it’s a new build & I’ve done light cleaning to it but, it needed a thorough, deep clean. The office floors weren’t touched in corners and the really lightweight area rug was mopped around. I contacted Rachel via email and told her how disappointed I was and that I felt taken advantage of. I was more than fair in asking for, at least, $100 refunded of the $250. She said she couldn’t do it that day but could in a week or so. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I sent another reminder email and did not hear back. I cannot and would not recommend Rachel and I’m really disappointed that she did not do the work she was hired to do and took our money. I have to hire someone to do exactly what I hired Rachel to do."

FAQs for roof cleaning service projects in Kirkland, AZ

To find a reputable ice dam removal company, check verified customer reviews and ensure they have the proper credentials. Look at online testimonials and consult reputable agencies like the Better Business Bureau to validate their service record. Contact the company to ask about their experience, hourly rates, and safety practices. This helps ensure you're hiring a pro with proven expertise and a solid track record to protect your home from ice dam damage.

Ice dams can cause extensive damage that jeopardizes your entire roof structure. They can lead to issues like attic condensation, broken roof sheathing, persistent leaks, visible wall water stains, mold in your attic insulation, sagging drywall, rotting attic framing, and roof collapse. This damage compromises your home's integrity and requires immediate professional attention to ensure proper repair and safety.

Most insurance policies don’t include coverage for the removal of ice dams since it's considered preventive maintenance. However, damage caused by ice dams—such as roof collapse, extensive water damage, or structural failures—may be covered by your policy. It's a good idea to contact your insurance provider to understand your coverage.

Removing snow from your roof can help prevent ice dams. Use a proper roof rake from the ground or a safe ladder—never climb onto an icy roof. Also, consider addressing any inadequate attic insulation that may cause heat leakage. Promptly clearing snow minimizes risks and helps maintain a safe, durable roof.
