"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

"Extremely well. I had contacted several companies/contractors for estimates for a new roof. The estimates were provided in a timely manner. However, the time for the actual work was a problem. You see our homeowners insurance company was leaving Florida and the new insurance carriers felt a new roof was needed and gave us less than two weeks to complete. During this time, we checked on Angie’s List. In less than three hours, Joe McGinnis with Renewpro responded. Joe come by, looked at what was needed and gave us an estimate. He gave us a day to discuss. In the meantime, we researched all the companies we had received estimates. Only Renewpro was listed with the Better Business Bureau and Angie’s List. Rating was A+ with both. Plus our new insurance company knew of them. So within two days we had an agreement. We were given a time up to four weeks to be completed. Joe took care of the permit application and ordering all the supplies. The supplies came in earlier than expected as well as he permit. Joe was able to complete our roof, have it inspected within the deadline. If and when, we should need a full roof, Renewpro will be the company we contact. We attempted to pay a deposit more than once. Mr McGinnis would only take payment upon completion and satisfaction. After many attempts to repair and resolve, I was thankfully referred to Robert. His contractors were very professional, hardworking and successfully resolved all my leak problems. To include a serious leak coming down through my ceiling fan and light! And after two days of hard rain this week (July 30), I didn’t have any leaks! "Steve was on time, absolutely professional, explained how that 'spot' was on the ceiling and how to remove it. The "leak" was an old 'stain' on the ceiling... and we needed no repairs to this roof. We asked that they check the roof yearly to ensure it remains in excellent condition.. *** Found out all good things about our home. They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!"

"I was really impressed with Castle Roofing Group. Everyone I dealt with was professional and the communication was great. Even their office, which I visited to drop off some paperwork, was very nice.
