Well, the day came, only to find out they can't perform the work because it's too high. "Showed up on time. To look at broken balances on windows. The Handyman unlocked our window sash with out hanging on top window which proceeded to fall down and he broke my bottom stops. It?s been over two weeks haven?t heard anything called five times I?ve given them my email still haven?t heard nothing. So basically I paid the handyman service $88 to break my window and never get back to us. For the simple reason I would not recommend this company. Lack of communication very unprofessional. Not to mention breaking something in your home and not staying in touch to simply let you they?re going to fix it ! They old saying goes first impressions are everything. This left a bad impression"
