It's how this company is run that's the problem. Communication is impossible. The man who is either the owner/administrator/manager is rude and a bit of a bully. You can never get them to call you back; they get the times wrong; staff is always late (but they text/email you about that); and they mishandled my groupon coupons and tried to charge me.
