"They did a great job. Ben came out within a day after contacting him and did a thorough roof inspection and laid out for me what I would need to have done. He did a much more comprehensive look than did others I talked to. He told me just what to expect and laid out my options in a "no pressure" approach. On the day of the replacement, the guys showed up on time and got everything done. Ben came back out, we talked about some minor cosmetic things, and he had a crew out the next day to wrap everything up.
