He sealed cracks in the living room, dining room and kitchen. He expertly repaired problems with the cathedral ceiling where some holes had developed from previous owner hanging a model airplane there. He repaired an area above my chimney where a small amount of water damage had previously caused some drywall peeling. The walls are now prepped for my painting project and are like new again! The owner completed all the repairs himself in an efficient and expert manner. A true craftsman with excellent skills and professionalism. "A water leak from the upstairs bathroom created a mess in the drywall ceiling of my garage. Jesse gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the damaged areas. He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work.
