He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He removed and cleaned all of the screens, washed the window tracks and sills, and washed the inside and outside of all the windows. They even removed and thoroughly cleaned the grills. They opened up the trunk lines and cleaned and sanitized them then sanitized with Foster’s 40:80 antimicrobial product. They cleaned and treated it, so hopefully our allergy problems will go away. Because they are mold specialists, I asked about a problem we were having with a leaking window. Kevin and his guys caulked the window and treated the interior wall and didn’t even charge me for the extra work. They were not the cheapest quote, but it was so much better than the last time we had vent cleaning, so the extra cost was so worth it!
