"When Thomas Roberts came, I was impressed with everything he said and signed up for Redo to remodel my kitchen. Unfortunately, almost nothing he promised was true. My project started on 9/29 and wasn?t finished until 11/20?I was without a kitchen for 52 days. The first installer did incredibly sloppy work, and their ?solution? was to cover mistakes with trim pieces. They even put the cabinet doors on upside down. Eventually, they had to redo all the cabinet doors and make multiple trips. It was obvious they had no idea what they were doing. They installed a defective faucet from some off-brand and left me with a leak for 4 weeks. When I called after two weeks of hearing nothing, Ashley told me, ?I have no idea what faucet you have.?
