There are many great attributes I can tell about this man just of first impressions alone, but the most appealing trait I respected the most was that he was able and willing to match my energy of urgency. All any homeowner wants is for their handyman to be on the same page and to have the same urgency so that things can get taken care of in a timely manner and with with all fairness of dues. I don't really like shopping around so when I find a sure thing on certain duties I keep them around for a while! Had the inspector coming Wednesday, called on Monday and got it taken care of in Monday. It's no cliche to say that Justin Handyman services fixed my problem "Just-in time"!"

We did this knowing that they were a higher price because of the hard sell commitment that our timeline could be maintained. - No communication for a month after they got our deposit - multiple follow up communication from me, asking for timing updates, etc. without any response - missed both of our initial milestone deadlines without comment or commitment to a timeline - finally get engagement after calling the construction manager directly and threatening to pull the project Our experience from the point of project start through completion was very good. the work was professional, the team was knowledgeable and responsive and the finished product is AWESOME. The overall story, Project Team set up to fail by their sales team, compounded by a complete lack of organization and communication internally, tainted our experience of what otherwise should have been a pretty cool time in our home improvement lives. "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! TLDR; Aaron is the best person I have ever worked with in Austin (and I've done 3 large scale projects with three different, highly recommended, companies in Austin in the last 6 years). I priced out three different landscaping companies (besides the other three I had previously used and didn't care for for various reasons) and Aaron was quick to respond to my inquiry, prompt for all meetings and correspondence and brought amazing, collaborative, beautiful ideas to the table. I came in with a good idea of what I wanted but he helped steer me toward what would work best for our home and aesthetic but was incredibly responsive and flexible if I pushed hard in one direction. He came back very soon with a beautiful digital rendering of the work to be done, and was incredibly helpful when I needed to push our timeline back and break up the work a bit. He showed up every day of the project early and got right to work meticulously working on our yard with his awesome team. The level of detail, measurements, materials and design eye that he approached the project with were so evident. Numerous neighbors walked by all week and would comment in awe at his attention to detail even evident from their "walk by's" during the process, and now, after. He was communicative throughout the whole process, the work is BEAUTIFUL. I am so proud of my house and to see my idea come to life with Aaron's help and design guidance. Don't waste any time, call this person NOW. My only worry is that he will get super super busy soon -- good people are hard to find but when you find em, keep 'em! Rockview Landscapes was not the one of the less expensive landscapers I looked at, but I went with them based on other comments. I think the price was a little on the high end, but I was pleased with their work and customer service. That matters most to me. I would recommend them and may use them again in the future."
