"I was extremely pleased with the repair work that David and his team at Builders of America performed in order to take care of a leak in my roof. There was torrential rain on Sunday January 27th 2019, and a leak developed in the ceiling of the master bedroom. At 9 am on Monday morning I called two of the largest roof repair companies listed in the Angie’s List monthly publication, and in both cases got their voicemail, left messages, and didn’t receive call backs from either company until late Monday afternoon. I decided to try one more call, and that’s when I called Builders of America. David answered the phone immediately (no voicemail) and said he would come over between 11:30 and 1 pm to look at the roof and assess the situation. He was at my house right on the dot at 11:30, and had a helper on the roof while he went into the attic to see where the leak was coming from. David took multiple photos for me to look at, showed me where the leak was coming from, and gave me an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I thought the estimate was fair and gave him the go-ahead. The best part was that David and his crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job repairing the roof. David documented each step of the repairs with photos that he texted me showing their progress. I was very impressed with the work that was performed, with David, and with his team, and am happy to recommend David and Builders of America without reservation."

I found him through a different site, but at the time when we were really struggling to get a fix for where the back porch roofing connected with the actual roof (the original roofers redid the shingles without tying in the other roof, so it leaked horribly) he came in with great ideas and punctual service. Pricing was great, it was finished in two days, and the only issues we ever ran into was a few late meetups. Overall, it didn't mess with my perception of the job. He was honest, provided multiple ideas so we could choose, and has been super nice this entire time. I'm looking forward to not having a leaking roof!"

"I can't rate on price because my landlord handled the payment, but Will's crew was punctual and did a fantastic job on a complete bedroom ceiling replacement. We had a leak in the roof in July and Dependable Services came through when nobody else was available. They worked with us within our schedule (my wife and I work in the school systems so taking off work is difficult due to lack of available substitutes). They arrived within the 1-hour time frame they promised each time and the job was done within the time frame they estimated. They came out twice (once to remove, replace, and plaster the ceiling and then a second time to paint it) and did a beautiful job from start to finish. I'm loving having a new ceiling that doesn't have two cracks running from one end of the room to the other with a panel sagging two inches from the rest of the ceiling. What I especially appreciated is how well they cleaned up after themselves thoroughly before leaving. They kept bathroom and closet doors shut to prevent debris and dust going in there from the master bedroom, all trash was bagged up before being taken outside to my front yard (which I told them they could do because the next morning was bulk pickup), and they vacuumed before leaving. A negative experience with a different contractor had me worried because I was always finding nails and screws lying around or fishing plaster pieces out of my dog's mouth. Dependable Services left NOTHING behind in terms of tools, debris, or nails, which I was grateful for because I have two small kids and a dog. The only thing they left behind was a bit of spackle on the floor which came right out easily with a little water and a paint scraper. I can't fault them for it because it was easy to miss as it landed in a corner behind my bed and I only found it because I mopped after they left. 10/10 would hire them again!"

Gave fair and competitive quote. Brian effected an extremely professional solution, even emailed photos of repair. Repair has not been severe weather tested yet, however I feel certain he will be true to his word and further remedy if needed. I highly recommend DGA Roofing won't hesitate to hire again."
