"We had a leak around the chimney area of our roof. Rick initially diagnosed the leak as from old flashing in need of replacing. Was quoted $1250 for the repair. They had their guys come out promptly and replace the flashing all around the base of the chimney where it meets the roof. Doing a nice clean job. However, upon the next rain event that we had (about 1 week later), the leak was still vey apparent. Rick came back out to look at it again, and realized that he had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that the leak was actually coming from another area where the fascia board on the side of the roof penetrates the chimney stack. He was very apologetic and reduced the amount that I owed him for the repair by 50%. He then referred me to a stucco contractor to correct the actual problem. He was very honest, and I appreciate his being willing to work with us. To be honest the flashing probably needed to be replaced anyway in my 30 year old house."

"Rudy gave us an estimate that was very competitive and much more comprehensive than the other estimates we received. He made sure there would be nothing unexpected or any unwelcome surprises. This was a big job on a house that the roof had been long neglected. There was a lot of wood repair that had to be done before the new roof could go on. This included both the house and a wooden patio cover. Wood replacement was the bulk of the cost. Both Rudy, and Tito, the job foreman, made suggestions along the way on things we could consider to help defray some of the costs at the same time making the house look really good. The crew showed up each day on time, were respectful of the property, cleaned up each day before departing, and all in all were always professional. The roof replacement included a lot of skylights (13 including the patio). We were opting for the cheaper “big box store” white skylights. Rudy had me look at an amber custom skylight in comparison and we ended up going with those. Night and day difference. They look so good and we are so thankful for his recommendation. (The company made nothing on the skylights, just made sure they had a very happy customer.) Yes, it cost a little more, but not that much and the visual difference is incredible! So pleased with the overall job. I highly recommend Sequoia Roofing for your roofing job!"

"I dealt with Leon De Anda for my roof work. Leon was honest and professional and very informative about what could be done with my roof. He offered me a few options and also asked me if there were anything specific I wanted done. I basically described what I wanted and he curtailed his bid to what I was looking for at the best price. I liked the fact that he was honest and straight forward without playing any games or try and screw me over. In the end, I decided to get a whole new roof, down to even getting all new plywood. The men who came to work on the roof were competent and professional. They went to great lengths to only bother me when it was necessary. Everyday they made a mess but at the end of the day they would always clean it up. I thought they were very professional. Leon was not at my house everyday but he was always just a phone call away. He was very accessible. Once the work was completed, Leon and myself walked around the property and inspected the work. He made sure that I was completed satisfied before everything was finalized. Protecta Roofing made a big impression on me based on the way they started and completed this job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some roof work done or even some general contracting work done."

"Advanced Roofleak Solutions won the job to repair a leak in my 30-year-old Spanish tile roof. After inspecting the leak, Erik clearly explained what work was needed. Repairs were prompt, complete, and clean. Workmanship was great. The value was exceptional. Advanced Roofleak Solutions won the bid when a second leak developed recently, and the work was again high quality and great value."

"I contacted Alvarez roofing to repair a leak coming from a ventilation pipe on my roof. They responded immediately to my request to evaluate the roof and repair the leak. I informed Francisco that it was urgent because my home was in escrow and I did not want to delay the sale and needed to insure the buyer that the roof was in excellent condition. Francisco came two days later, on a Sunday, and evaluated and repaired the roof within 3 hours. He supplied me with a complete roof evaluation with photos and a detailed report on all the work done. The cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Alvarez roofing."

"Jeff and his guys did a fantastic job with our roof. Would absolutely recommend."

"Clearview did a great job on my roof at the project done within a week very replaced"

"I had a leak where the garage roof meets the wall and i thought it must be in wall or that flat roof. But they quickly ruled that out and found the leak was under the tiles in the sloped roof above. They proved it to me by pulling off some tiles and showing me the deteriorated paper and wet plywood. Excellent diagnosis."

"Excellent service and quality of repair. Magdaleno and his team were fast and responsive and overall did a great job on our roof repair."

"They were honest and helpful. They gave me an estimate for roof maintenance and fixing damage."
