"I rarely write poor reviews, however I was not happy with the service I received. The crew showed up 3 hours late. They did not clean the entire home as promised. Some rooms were cleaned twice and other rooms were not cleaned at all. Because they were so late they were in a hurry to get done and there was no attention to detail small areas. Then to top it off I was quoted one price $300 and charged DOUBLE $600 the original estimate. When I talked to Sheryl, she would fix any issues but it would cost MORE money. It was a shame. I recommend clients meet with her in person at your home and go over exactly what you want done and get an accurate quote. Then make sure you are there to inspect the work when it is done. Make them stick with the quote before considering any extra payments or tips."
