"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Bobby was hired to install a kitchen backsplash, a shiplap wall, change out multiple light fixtures including a ceiling fan that required scaffolding, and came up with the perfect idea for a trim detail. He went out of his way to help me even hang some decor that was in a hard to reach area and cleaned my gutters. He is very professional and skilled. He's my go-to repair person. You will not be disappointed."

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"We went with Ganser because I was very impressed with the Infinity line of windows. After looking at other products we decided early on that this is what we wanted, and Ganser Company is the exclusive installer in this area. Plus they have a good reputation for quality work and that's what we wanted. If we wanted cheap, pedestrian windows and sloppy workmanship we could have gotten the cost down to 25-50% of what we paid. OK, others might not have slopy workmanship but you can't get these windows at Menards or Home Depot. Or even Lowes! LOL. So we went to the showroom a few years back when we were just in the thought process. We knew we would have to save a boatload of money to afford these, so we saved and kept plastic-ing over the original, terrible windows in our 20 yr old (at this writing) Wausau home.
Marc Ganser came in after that initial visit a few years back and gave us an estimate, so we'd know roughly what we were looking at. It gave us a lot to think about and research to see if anything out there could sway us. After really looking at info that's out there and having 3 other products I felt might compare to Infinity by Marvin, we resigned ourselves to not really the and quot;factand quot; but to our belief that Infinity was the best out there.
Marc was a very capable and thoughtful estimator and gave us a few ideas we really liked. He had to come in again because that original estimate was so old. We both had a few new ideas and because of rising material (window) and labor costs, the new estimate was quite a bit higher than the original. They were having a sale last fall and that did help a bit. But the costs were much higher than we had anticipated, which is why I really can only give a and quot;Cand quot; mark on the price ratings. But I am naturally cheap (forget thrifty or frugal, folks, I am tight as bark on a tree, LOL) but I knew we really wanted the best we could get and still believe you get what you pay for. Skip the steak, get a $1.00 burger at McD's, and use the savings to buy the best window you can afford. Words to live by, as long as your cholesterol level can stand it. OK enough about that, back to the windows.
The job was delayed about 2 months due to the unusually harsh winter we've had.Originally thought to happen before Christmas, happened more like mid-February when we had a slight let-up. The crew was set to arrive at 8am, they were there nice and early, the biggest window was out by 8:01am, I like that. (were there about 730am). I had taken the day off so I could watch the proceedings. I turned the thermostat down to about 50, a few times I could even see my breath inside the house, but the guys just kept after it and had what was supposed to be a 3 day job done in less than 2. Crew was very conscientious about keeping the house clean inside and out. It even snowed a little both days (about an inch each day) and did a great job of keeping their own runners down on the floors where ever they needed to work and keeping packing litter thrown in the dumpster. I can get a bit stir crazy just hanging out and watching and the crew had no problem with me wanting to at least drag the old windows, etc to the dumpster (which they provided). I appreciated that they didn't try to tell me and quot;you can't do thatand quot; when I really needed something to do.
The crew they assigned to my job also had a few other guys come to our house. On the first day the patio door wouldn't fit on the truck, another foreman called my foreman to see if he needed help, and he said he could bring the patio door down, so he did that and actually went ahead and put it in, which is I'm sure why the job got done so much faster. Great teamwork, I love seeing this stuff, and quot;strike when the iron is hotand quot; is good thinking when the weather has been so off and on. The foreman on my team was Trooper, I think the other one was Mark, I don't remember the names of the other workers, there was so much going on and I'm sorry I can't name them all, but they were all really good workers, not taking breaks every time you turn around, not talking on phones (or if they were it seemed to be business, but at any rate some people seem to have phones constantly pasted to their ears and it's a distraction); these guys seemed to be in to what they were doing almost all the time and were working well by themselves if they had to or as a team if they needed to. JUST what I had expected, just what I would expect if I owned the place. I also appreciated that they gave thoughtful answers to the few questions I had and a few times just pointed out stuff they thought I should know. I think they realized this was a big deal to me, and sometimes you just feel like you need to see the window being cut out that we had been looking through for 20 years.
So we feel we got a great product and great service by quality people. You do have to pay a pretty hefty sum for that these days, but you do get what you pay for.
"

"Andy, the owner of Allen Construction, was very personable, timely, and professional during the process of providing an estimate for replacing our roof. We did experience a significant delay from the time the estimate was provided to the start date of the work, but Andy explained the delay was due to unforeseen events (i.e. health concerns, death of family members) experienced by members of the construction team. Because the project was being completed more for aesthetic reasons than due to leaks, etc. and because Allen Construction came so highly recommended, we waited patiently for the job to be started. We are so glad we did! The crew members who worked on our house were highly competent and extremely professional. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our property, and did a marvelous job ensuring all materials were picked up and the lawn decor they moved was placed back in the original location. Also, the cost of the project was much lower than other "bigger" named roofing companies in the area, yet we did not need to sacrifice quality for the lower price.

Allen Construction did such a fantastic job that we now have a list of additional projects we plan to ask them to complete!"

"They were very professional, helpful and responsive in answering questions and giving us a quote. In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor. Even though we didn't use them to make the repairs, we were very impressed with their customer service."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
WRS

"
